Over two weeks in October 2011, NARI members will have used their time, effort, supplies and expertise to tear down and completely remake three apartments in a building run by Interfaith Community Services. The building, located in Escondido, houses homeless, disabled and displaced individuals.
Everything for the rebuilding, including furniture, flooring, appliances, paint, dry wall, etc... were donated by NARI members and alliances....Read More

Preferred Remodelers spent two weekends in September working with Interfaith Community Services and NARI to renovate three apartments for displaced and disabled families. “I was touched by the participation of the many other NARI members. In April, Preferred Remodelers receive their certification from EPA as a “lead-safe” certified firm. The certification process requires attendance to an EPA conducted seminar to train and educate contractors in safe practices in the use and disposal of lead base products. This is an important preventative process to ensure the safety of our clients and homeowners. We are very proud to be certified and look forward to educating our clients in this area.Read More
